How to make fedor hats

Our hats are made of high-quality Australian wool.

1. The worker sprays a layer of fine mist on the hat, and when the water penetrates the hat,
steam it for about 2 minutes. This process will make the wool felt more stretchable. 

2. The workers put the hat into an aluminum hat mold, which simultaneously applies
heat and pressure to the hat. Then, they press a rope against the groove on the brim
of the hat, trim off the excess part, and plastic it at 110 degrees Celsius for about 90
seconds. After that, they remove the rope, take the hat out of the mold, and cool it
down for about 30 seconds. The molds in the factory not only come in various styles
 of hats, but also have the full size of each style.We can also make molds according to
 the dimensions requested by customers。

3.The tailor trims and sews the edges of the hat according to the customer's needs
 or the style of the hat, thus completing the shape of a fedora hat
